DVDUnlimited - Pathinfo extension for SEO
This was an extension to an existing site by DMD - Digital Media Design, great folks and excellent designers. They had a site implemented in PHP already, www.dvdunlimited.co.nz. However, because of the site's design, search engines weren't reaching far enough in to pick up the movie listings. DMD asked for a fix that would give the search engines a single step to reach the whole site.
PathInfo was the solution. An extension to the existing PHP site map was added, and our friendly search robots suddenly couldn't tell the difference between three PHP files and a few thousand directories.
