Konrad, my brother's mate, has just got konradk.co.nz up and running. Took us a couple of hours Piha time: me fooling with a Kubrick derivative I dubbed Konrick, Konrad writing his bio up in WordPress and James roasting the veges. Delicious! And I quite like the header graphic, which was a result of me pointing at a colour palette and saying "which colour do you like?" and Konrad answering "all of them". So that's what we did.
James Percy has just lately put together VitaZone.co.nz using Mambo, which is now hosted by Giant Robot also.
And, Jamie Connor has started work on PSCC.co.nz, a counselling organisation based in Papakura. We're hosting it but Jamie is doing the design etc.
Meanwhile, in between election eve bursts of madness, I've been cranking away at the new-look FleetFM site (Wordpress base), and playing with some stupid PHP trickery on the side. Knocked together an interactive module on Friday which launches audio samples on the studio PC at the station from user input on the website. So we can throw up a bunch of samples and let the audience make a barn-dance out of it. Keen to work out how to play multiple audio streams at once from PHP or CLI in Windows ... Currently explorer.exe hands them to WMP (or whatever) which drops the old sample and starts playing the new one. But I want "moo" and "woof" at once, please.
