Giant Robot

Came up to Northland today and had a chat to John Agace of Enterprise Russell. He was still ticking along using a content editor I dreamed up several years ago, and I don't mind admitting that it was well behind the times!

So, after our chat I knocked together a really quick site look for ERNZ running WordPress. I know WordPress isn't the only CMS available, but it's the first one I've found which is easy enough for $your_grandma to use.

And that is better than all the dancing baloney, bells and whistles and whatnot that anything else I've seen has to offer.

Not that WP lacks dancing baloney, if you're into that kinda thing. For example: sexy dropmenus in the FleetFM site (whether or not the other end of that link works is entirely dependent on our progress on the Fleet FM site, but hey, you'll wear a 404 or two if you're cruising the blogosphere, right?)

Back to ERNZ. The graphic is a photo composited by Jacqui Knight, who some of you will know as "the butterfly lady". And some others will recognise as being very important to the creation of the Giant Robot, too. (Can you read XFN?)
